Security
Security is built into the architecture of LotPilot.
A dealership's data is its business. Isolation, permissions, and auditability aren't features bolted on later — they're how the platform is put together.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit, and at rest by the managed infrastructure it lives on.
Authentication
Accounts are individually authenticated — no shared logins — with session management handled by the platform's auth layer.
Role-based permissions
Owners, managers, sales, and back-office staff each see and do what their role allows. Permissions are enforced on the server, not in the interface.
Dealership data isolation
Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security, so one dealership's data is invisible to every other.
Sensitive information protection
Customer and deal information is scoped to the roles that need it, and secrets never ship to the browser.
Audit logs
Staff and AI actions land in the same activity log, attributed and timestamped.
AI permissions
The AI operates inside the same permission system as your staff. Sensitive actions can require human approval, and administrators control what it may recommend, prepare, or execute.
Integration security
Integrations use each provider's authorized methods, and credentials are stored server-side.
Secure file access
Documents and photos are accessed through authenticated, scoped routes — not public URLs.
Data backups
Dealership data lives on managed database infrastructure with automated backups.
Infrastructure
LotPilot runs on established managed cloud infrastructure rather than self-operated servers.

Run tomorrow morning on LotPilot.
Open the demo dealership and click through everything — inventory, leads, BHPH, DMV, the AI manager. If it fits, book a walkthrough and we'll talk about your store.
Full product, demo dealership included — no signup, no card.
