Information we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit: your name, dealership, contact details, and your message. We also record standard marketing attribution — which campaign or page brought you here. Dealership customers' operational data lives in the LotPilot application and is governed by our customer agreements, not this website policy.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to you, schedule demos, and tell you about LotPilot. We use attribution data to understand which marketing works. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

This website records anonymous usage events (pages viewed, buttons clicked) to improve the site. Marketing analytics never include form contents, financing information, or dealership customer data.

Data retention and deletion

Marketing leads are retained while relevant to a sales relationship. Write to us to have your information corrected or deleted.
